Robertson Eadie was established in 1994 and trades from our office in central Edinburgh.
Robertson Eadie is an approved body for certification of design under the SER scheme and is run by:
Stewart Robertson, BSc, CEng, M.I.C.E, MIStructE and
Suzie Ovenstone, BEng, CEng, MIStructE
both of whom are registered Certifers of Design under the SER scheme.
We undertake full design and drafting services for structures, Civil works, roads & drainage and assist with obtaining Planning and Building Warrant on all types of projects. We can provide Project Management Services and also assist with advice on developments on contaminated land.
We provide structural surveys for mortgage purposes, re-evaluation and due diligence reports for home owners to pension funds.
Robertson Eadie also provide advice regarding sustainability issues of projects.
We highly value the fact that all our projects are lead by a Director who is a Chartered Structural Engineer with at least 20 years experience in the industry. The Directors maintain day to day involvement in projects from concept design to information delivery.
We pride ourselves on work from repeat clients and Architects. We believe in providing a cost effective service to Client in all aspects of the works and ensure that projects meet the operational and strategic needs of our Clients.
We provide advice to assist initial site appraisals and feasibility studies. We can advise on Drainage Impact Assessments and SUDS requirements as well as assisting with obtaining Road Construction Consents.
